  • Chicken - 1 piece
  • Bulb - 2 pieces
  • Cinnamon sticks - 2 pieces
  • A bunch of fresh coriander - 1 piece
  • Ginger freshly grated - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 50 milliliters
  • Salt, pepper - - To taste
  • Butter - 50 Grams
  • Pear - 4 pieces
  • Sugar - 4 Art. Spoons
  • Sesame - 2 Teaspoons

As you know, sweet fruit is very healthyCombined with meat, and this dish uses this wonderful feature. The chicken turns out to be insanely aromatic and juicy, however for preparation of this dish it is necessary тажин - only this ware is capable so to keep all smells and flavoring qualities of ingredients. A chicken in a tazhin with pears is quite complicated, but one of my favorite chicken dishes. Chicken recipe in the Tazhin: 1. Finely chop the onions, ginger rub on a small grater. We chop the chicken into portions. 2. Fry onions in vegetable oil until golden. Then add the chicken pieces to onions and fry until a crust is formed. When the crust is formed - add salt, pepper, a bunch of coriander, two cinnamon sticks, and fill the whole thing with water. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 45-50 minutes. 3. In the meantime, we are engaged in pears. We cut them into pieces like in the photo. In the frying pan pour a little water, add sugar and heat until the sugar dissolves. Add the pears into the frying pan and simmer them over a slow fire - 15 minutes. When the chicken is ready - add pears to it. 4. Cover with a lid and simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat. 5. On a dry frying pan fry sesame seeds. Sprinkle with our sesame dish, remove it from the fire and immediately serve. Chicken in a tazhin with pears ready :)
