  • Tofu - 150 Grams
  • Walnuts - 50 Grams
  • Sesame oil - 1 st. a spoon
  • Lemon - 1 Slice
  • Garlic - 1 Tooth
  • Salt, pepper - - To taste

In terms of cooking here everything is very simple. We put in the bowl for the blender all our ingredients - tofu, walnuts, sesame oil and garlic. Sprinkle it all with a teaspoon of lemon juice. We grind to a homogeneous, dense mass. When namazka has acquired the necessary consistency, you can optionally sprinkle it with sesame seeds and fresh herbs. Serve as you like - for example, smeared on toast.
