Recipe Pie with Cherries

  • Flour - 325 Grams

1. To make a dough, you'll need a deep bowl and mixer. In a bowl, put the sifted flour, salt, sugar, oil and water. Beat all this mixture with a mixer, until the dough is in the form of large lumps. 2. Now remove the mixer and work with your hands. Knead the dough into a round and tight ball. Cover it with food film and take it off for an hour in the refrigerator. 3. Cherries will need to be washed and cut each berry half-and-half and remove the stone. In a separate pan, put the prepared cherry and pour it in an incomplete glass of water (190 ml). Put it on a fire and on a small fire it will need to boil it for about 10 minutes. 4. Separately mix the sugar with the starch and add to the cherry. Thoroughly mix everything to make sugar and starch completely dissolved and cook for about 5 minutes until the filling thickens. Set aside the saucepan with the filling so that it cools down. 5. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and cut it into two pieces. One piece for the top of the pie will be smaller. Most of the test will need to roll out a round pancake. For the baking dish, oil it and put our pancake on the bottom of the mold. 6. Cherry filling carefully poured on the dough. 7. Roll out the second part of the dough and cut it into thin strips. Put these strips on the pie with weaving. You can lay out the strips as you wish, as you wish.
