Inverted cake with apples and cinnamon

Ingredients:
  • Butter of room temperature - 10 Ст. Spoons
  • Light brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Apple (about 650 g), peeled and cut into 8 wedges - 3 pieces
  • Fresh lemon juice - 1 st. a spoon
  • Flour - 5.5 Glass
  • Baking powder - 5.5 teaspoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Large eggs - 2 pieces
  • Extract of vanilla - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Lubricate the baking dish and sprinkle the bottom with brown sugar. In a bowl, stir apples with lemon juice. Put the apples in two circles in a prepared baking dish. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together, set aside. Mix the remaining 8 tablespoons of butter and sugar with a mixer. Add eggs and vanilla. Reduce speed, alternately adding three parts of flour and two parts of milk in turn. Spoon the dough onto apples. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes. Allow the cake to cool on the grill for at least 30 minutes and up to 6 hours. Turn the cake over the dish and serve.
