Recipe Burito Recipe for Breakfast

  • Frozen Tater Tots - 50 pieces
  • Tortillas for burito - 8 pieces
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 8 pieces
  • Milk - 1 st. a spoon
  • Cream - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Sausages - 450 Grams
  • Salt and pepper - - To taste
  • Bulb - 1 piece
  • Jalapeno - 1/2 cups
  • Tomato - 3 pieces
  • Salsa - - To taste
  • Butter - 1 Art. a spoon

1. Bake in the oven or fry in a pan of Tater Tots according to the instructions on the package. Make sure they become crispy. Heat the tortillas in the oven or microwave. Keep the tortillas warm. 2. Saute the sausage in a large frying pan, mashing the meat with a spoon. 3. Mix eggs, milk with cream, salt and pepper in a bowl. Beat in a bowl until smooth consistency with a fork or a whisk. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the eggs, continuously mixing them with a spoon to get a non-uniform mass. 4. Finely chop the onions and jalapenos. Cut the tomatoes into slices. In order to assemble the burrito, lay out the ingredients in the middle of each warm cake in this order: cheese, eggs, sausage, Tater Tots, finely chopped onions, peppers and tomatoes with slices. 5. Turn the burrito, folded both sides, and tightly pack in foil to keep warm. Preheat in the oven if necessary. Serve burrito with salsa.
