Recipe Salad "At the bottom of the sea"
- Squid - 1 piece
- Shrimp - 300 grams
- Octopus - 3 pieces
- Eggs - 5 pieces
- Cucumber - 1 piece
- Caviar red and black - To taste
- Bulgarian pepper - To taste (for decoration)
- Greens - To taste
- Loaf of bread - 1 piece
- A can of processed cheese - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - To taste
1. Boil squid, shrimp and octopus. Peel the shrimp. Boil the hard-boiled eggs. 2. Mix in a bowl of crushed eggs, sliced seafood and cucumber. Add caviar (half a cup each), stir. 3. Season with salt to taste, add mayonnaise. 4. Carefully cut the lid off the loaf of bread and remove the flesh. 5. Lubricate the bread on all sides with melted cheese. This will be a chest for our treasures (salad). 6. Put the cooked salad in bread and decorate it. For this, from the Bulgarian pepper cut out the petals of flowers, from the twigs of greenery to make stems and leaves. Decorate the chest on top of caviar. Put an octopus and several shrimp under the cover of the trunk. The chest itself can be laid out on a "pillow" of greenery, adorned with beautifully sliced cucumbers.
