  • Mayonnaise 200 g

  • Step 1 To prepare the salad we need a smoked chicken breast, chicken eggs, frozen green peas, green onions, fresh cucumber, mayonnaise, salt.
  • Step 2 Chicken breast cut into small neat cubes.
  • Step 3 Add a fresh cucumber, cut into cubes of the same size.
  • Step 4 Boil the green peas in boiling water for about 5 minutes, immediately put in ice water, so that the peas retain their green color.
  • Step 5 After a minute, drain the water completely.
  • Step 6 Add the peas in a salad bowl to chopped chicken breast and cucumber.
  • Step 7 Cut the green onion into thin rings.
  • Step 8 Add the onion to the rest of the ingredients.
  • Step 9 Boil the chicken eggs, let them cool completely and clean them from the shell. Boil eggs in advance.
  • Step 10 Cut the cooled eggs in small cubes (about the same as the cucumber), leaving one yolk to decorate the salad.
  • Step 11 Transfer the cut eggs into a salad bowl.
  • Step 12 Mix the sliced ​​products.
  • Step 13 Season the salad with mayonnaise, while slightly salting it.
  • Step 14 Mix the salad again. You can immediately serve to the table or let the salad brew for 30 minutes in the refrigerator (then it will be even tastier!). Before serving, we spread the salad on portions and sprinkle it with yolk rubbed on a fine grater. We decorate with green peas.
