  • Margarine or butter - 250 Grams
  • Flour - 2 Cups
  • Strawberries - 4 Glasses
  • Banana - 3 pieces

Sand cake with bananas and strawberries is prepared fromMinimum of ingredients. Preparation: In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and 1/2 cup sugar. Add crushed margarine and grind until the consistency of crumbs. Knead the dough, gradually adding water (only 4-5 spoons) and thoroughly kneading the dough after each addition. Divide the dough in half, form a disc from each half. Wrap the dough with a plastic wrap and refrigerate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat the oven. Roll out rectangular-shaped cakes from the cooled dough. Bake cakes in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Ready cakes cool. Chop the strawberries, leaving a few berries for decoration. Mix the crushed strawberries with 3 tablespoons of sugar in a saucepan and hold on low heat. Cut 2 bananas into thin slices and mix with strawberries. Put one cake on a dish, on top of it lay a strawberry-banana stuffing, and then a layer of custard. Put on top of the second cake and grease it with a custard. Cut the remaining banana into thin slices and decorate the cake. Top with strawberries. Cut the cake into slices and serve.
