Recipe for Tomato Paste

  • Tomatoes - 3 Kilogram
  • Onions - 500 Grams
  • Vinegar 5% - 0,3-0,4 liters
  • Mustard - 2 items. Spoons
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Sugar - 350 Grams
  • Pepper pot - 5 pieces
  • Salt 0.5-1 teaspoons

1. Throw the tomatoes for a minute in hot water. Then get them, peel and cut into slices. Add to the enamelware. 2. Grind the onion and add to the tomatoes. 3. With the lid closed, unzip the contents and then grind them through a sieve. 4. Pour the vinegar into a separate pan and add spices to it. Bring to a boil, cool and add to the tomato mass. 5. Cook the pasta on low heat until the liquid is reduced by one-third. Then season with mustard, salt, sugar. Cook for a few more minutes until the sugar completely dissolves. 6. Pour hot pasta over prepared banks and cork. Preparation of tomato paste does not require much effort, but you will know for sure that this is your tomato paste and there are no harmful substances in it!
