Recipe Pizza with garlic and artichokes
- Pizza crust - 1 piece
- Spaghetti sauce - 3/4 Glass
- Bank of pickled artichokes - 1 piece
- Medium tomato, cut in half and chopped - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Grated cheese Colby-Monterey Jack - 450 Grams
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit(230 degrees C). Prepare a pizza crust according to a recipe or according to instructions on the package. Put the pizza on the baking sheet. Pour the liquid from the artichokes into a small pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook for 1 minute, or until the liquid is almost evaporated. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, less than a minute. Add artichokes, mix to absorb the garlic flavor, then remove from heat and set aside. Lubricate with sauce for spaghetti prepared pizza crust.
