Recipe Cabbage salad with carrots
- Cabbage - 500 Grams
- Carrots - 2-3 pieces
- Sunflower oil - 1/3 Cups
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. We remove the top leaves of cabbage, we shred everything else into pieces of medium size. Shredded cabbage we put in a bowl, lightly sprinkle with salt and rub it with your hands, so that the cabbage softens and gives juice. Carrot we will squeeze on a large grater and add to the grated cabbage. Season with black pepper and mix. When we stir the salad well, a little liquid will again be released at the bottom of the bowl. It is better to merge, especially if you plan to eat a salad not immediately.
