Recipe for Strawberry Clouds
- Lemon - 0.5 Pieces
- Frozen strawberry - 200 Grams
- Gelatin - 15 Grams
- Powdered sugar - 150 Grams
1. First of all, we'll get the strawberries from the freezer and thaw it. We'll save the juice. 2. Using a blender, we turn strawberries into a homogeneous mass (a kind of puree should turn out). 3. Then you need to add gelatin here, give it some time for it to swell (follow the instructions on the package), then add the lemon juice and sugar powder, mix everything well and heat it on not very strong heat. Do not forget to stir constantly. Gelatine should completely dissolve. Do not boil it! Then let the mixture cool down to room temperature and mix for five to seven minutes with a mixer, the speed is high. The mixture should significantly increase its volume, become thick and brighten. 4. We put the waxed paper for baking into the mold where the mass will solidify, then we lay out the strawberry mass and equalize. For a long time, we remove the form in a cool place so that the mass freezes. 5. After the mass has frozen, the form is turned over to the surface, previously sprinkled with powdered sugar. Paper is removed. 6. Now cut into cubes, roll in sugar powder and serve.
