Recipe Marinated Bulgarian pepper
- White vinegar - 2 1/2 cups
- Water - 3 Cups
- Sugar - 2/3 - 3/4 Glass
- Salt - 5 items. Spoons
- Sweet bell peppers - 10 pieces
- Garlic - 4 teeth
1. Finely chop cloves of garlic. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put pepper on a large baking tray and bake for 45 minutes, turning over once, until the peppers become soft. 2. Prepare the marinade. Bring the vinegar, water, sugar and salt in a large saucepan to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved. Let cool for about 30 minutes. If you want to speed up the cooling process, bring to the boil all the ingredients with one cup of water, and then pour in two cups of cold water. Ready to put the Bulgarian pepper in a large bowl and cover with a lid. Allow to cool for 15 minutes, then remove peel, core and seeds. 3. Cut the pepper into strips and place in a large bowl or container. Pour the marinade and add crushed garlic. Cover and refrigerate for one day.
