  • Butter - 20 Grams
  • Soda - 1 Pinch (Extinguish 1 teaspoon of vinegar)
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 To taste
  • Cinnamon - 1 To taste

Preparation of the pie filling: Apples wash, cut skin, cut into 4 parts and remove the core. Cut the apples in thin slices, put them in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice so they do not darken. For the preparation of the dough: eggs (yolk together with protein) to break into a bowl, add sugar and beat the mixer in foam. Gently pour the sifted flour into a bowl with beaten eggs and mix with a tablespoon until a uniform mass is formed. Add vanilla sugar and cinnamon to taste, as well as a teaspoon of soda dried - mix everything thoroughly. Shape the baking pan with butter. Spread half the dough, then lay out a layer of apples and top with the rest of the dough. Bake cake in preheated to 180 g. Oven for 35-40 minutes.
