1. Thin strips of beef are cut, preferably very thin. Before frying the meat, sprinkle it with flour, to get a golden crust, thanks to which the meat preserves the juice. Pieces of meat sprinkle, stirring well. We begin to fry. 2. We pour the vegetable oil into the frying pan, lay out the meat there, and after a few minutes of roasting, it is ready. 3. Now let's deal with vegetables. That the dish became sharp. Add the burning pepper, cutting it with straw. We choose other vegetables to taste. You can take green onions, bell peppers and champignons. All cut into strips. 4. Take any thin noodles. We cook it whole, not slightly boiling, as it will still be stewed in the sauce. 5. Fry the champignons in the pan, adding honey and pepper. We spread beef in vegetables, then add soy sauce, and a few spoons of ketchup. 6. Put the noodles in a frying pan, then sprinkle with dill and green onions. The dish should be held on the plate for 3 minutes and off.
