The dish is very simple, almost bachelor, great for a simple dinner after a hard working day. Try it! Recipe for shank turkey with garlic and rosemary: 1. Cut the garlic into small slices. 2. Turkey's drumsticks, let them dry. Using a knife, make a few cuts, in which we insert pieces of garlic. 3. Generously salt and pepper. We put it into a baking dish, pour a half of the cream on top and put it in a preheated oven for up to 220 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn the legs over, pour the remaining half of the cream and put in the oven for another 15 minutes. 4. Then we reduce the fire to 180 degrees, add rosemary to the meat, cover the baking dish and bake another 50-55 minutes until the turkey is ready.
