  • Sugar powder - 100 Grams
  • Starch - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - - To taste

In a deep bowl, mix flour, sugar, oil,Water and salt. Stir, with hands for 5-10 minutes we knead the dough. We form a ball from the dough, send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut apples into slices of arbitrary size. Mix in a bowl apples, starch, cinnamon, sugar powder and a little (a tablespoon) of flour. We mix it well. Roll the dough into a flat cake, spread it into a greased baking dish. We spread the filling into the center of the dough, we patch the edges, forming a beautiful pie. We put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake until golden brown (I do not specify the time, because it depends on your oven - orient yourself in the appearance of the pie, readiness is easy to determine by the golden color of the dough). Ready cooked pie with apples slightly cooled, sprinkled with powdered sugar (optional) and served to the table. Bon Appetit! ;)
