Recipe Cauliflower with hazelnut sauce

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Put the nuts on the baking sheet. Bake until the aroma appears, about 10 minutes. Put the nuts on a kitchen towel, remove the shell, cut into large pieces and set aside. Trim the stems of cauliflower. Bring the water to a boil in a large saucepan, add salt to taste. Prepare cauliflower for about 20 minutes. Put in a dish. Melt the butter on medium heat in a medium saucepan. Add the nuts and fry until the butter turns brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice and garlic. Season with salt and mix. Pour cabbage with cooked nut sauce and serve immediately.
