Recipe Peaches with cinnamon and almonds

Ingredients:
  • Ripe peaches - 1500 Grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Flour - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Sauce: flour - 1/2 cup
  • Oatmeal - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1/3 Glass
  • Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Canola oils - 1/4 Cups
  • Water - 2 items. Spoons
  • Crushed almonds - 1/3 cup
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. In a large bowl, whip together flour, oat flakes, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add oil and water. The mixture should resemble wet sand. Add the cinnamon and set aside. In a large saucepan with boiling water, blanch the peaches for 1 minute. Put in a bowl with cold water. When the peaches cool down, remove the peel. Slice into slices. In a small bowl, mix the peaches, lemon juice, flour and sugar. Put the oat mixture in a baking dish. From the top, evenly distribute peaches. Bake until golden brown, from 30 to 35 minutes. Serve dessert warm or at room temperature with vanilla ice cream, if necessary.
