Recipe Pepper stuffed in a multivark

  • Bulgarian pepper - 7-8 pieces
  • Rice - 1/2 cup
  • Stuffing - 500 Grams (Choose stuffing to your taste. I personally like beef + pork.)
  • Onions - 80 Grams
  • Carrots - 100 Grams
  • Tomato paste - 2 items. Spoons
  • Salt, spices - - To taste
  • Vegetable oil - 4 items. Spoons

Pour vegetable oil on a hot frying pan. When the oil is warm, place a finely chopped onion in the pan and cook until the onion is clear. Add the carrots to the onions, grated on a large grater. Fry vegetables for 3 minutes. Rice boil until half cooked (cook for 5-6 minutes) and refrigerate. Mix rice, fried vegetables, minced meat, spices and finely chopped greens. The filling is ready. With the Bulgarian peppers cut off the top, remove the seeds. Peppers thoroughly wash. Pepper stuffing with peppers. Stuffed peppers put in a bowl multivarki. Peppers should stand tightly, supporting each other. Pour the cup to half boiled water. Select the "Quenching" mode for 45 minutes. After the sound signal, open the lid, add the tomato paste and bring to a boil (a couple of minutes in the "Frying" mode). Stuffed peppers in the multivark are ready! Bon Appetit!
