  • Gingerbreads - 600 Grams
  • Sour Cream - 500 Grams
  • Walnut nuts - 100 Grams

Gingerbread (you can use gingerbread severalSpecies) cut into small slices of a thickness of not more than 1 cm. Crumbs, if they will, do not throw. Bananas are cleaned and cut into thin plates. Warm walnuts in a dry frying pan for one minute. Nuts are ground in a mortar. Sour cream and sugar whisk together at a high speed mixer to the consistency of light cream. Mix the resulting cream with nuts. We take the split form for the cake. Each slice of gingerbread is dipped in sour cream and nuts cream. Spread a layer of gingerbread on the bottom of the mold, if there are small voids left - fill them with gingerbread crumbs. Next - a layer of bananas. Alternate the layers until the ingredients run out, after which we send the cake to the fridge for 3-4 hours to impregnate. It remains only to get a cake from a split form and decorate to your liking. I, for example, decorated with chocolate icing. Gingerbread cake is ready!
