Ingredients:
  • Vegetable oil - 1 st. a spoon
  • Long-grained white rice - 1 glass
  • Honey - 1/3 cup
  • A bank of pineapples in its own juice - 1 piece (dried and coarsely chopped (leave juice))
  • Salt and ground pepper - - To taste
  • Pork tenderloin - 450 Grams
  • Red pepper - 2 pieces
  • Green onions - 2 pieces
  • Grated fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon
  • Lime - 1 piece
Instructions

Heat the grill to medium temperature, lightlyLubricate the grill with oil. Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package. Set aside. In a small bowl, mix honey and 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice with a whisk, season with salt and pepper. Pour the pork and sweet pepper on the skewers, season with salt and pepper. Fry, periodically lubricating the honey mixture until the pork is ready, 10 to 15 minutes. Add to the rice pieces of pineapple, onion, ginger and butter. Season with salt and pepper, stir. Serve shish kebab with rice and lime slices.
