Shish kebab from chicken fillet
- Chicken fillet - 500 Grams
- Bulgarian sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 3 Art. Spoons
- Salt - 2 Pinch
- Ground pepper - 1-2 Pinch
- Dried basil - 1 pinch
Chicken fillet cut into small pieces. Fold the pieces of fillet into a bowl. Add mayonnaise, wine, salt, pepper and dried basil. Mix well. Clean onions and peppers. Cut the onion into rings, and pepper into cubes. String alternately pieces of fillets, onion rings and pieces of pepper on skewers. If you decide to make shish kebab on wooden skewers - do not forget to pre-soak them for at least half an hour in the water so that they do not catch fire from the coals. Fry literally for 5 minutes on each side.
