Recipe Dirty Martini
- Of vodka - 180 Grams
- Dry vermouth - 20 grams
- Brine from the jar with green olives - 30 Grams
- Green olives - 4 pieces (with filling (lemon, anchovy))
1. Choose quality vodka without fruit additives so that it does not spoil the color of the cocktail and does not cloud when diluted with other ingredients. Cool it before preparing the cocktail. 2. A special triangular glass for Martini is wiped to a perfect shine and cool down very much. 3. In a high vessel mix vodka, brine, vermouth and olives. Shake and immediately pour into a prepared glass. 4. If you need to cook several "dirty Martini", do not be too lazy to do the procedure several times - so the quality of the cocktail will be much higher. 5. Do not overtax guests with a cocktail - it's still cold. Your guests will be amazed by the usual taste of Martini and the insidious fortress of the drink, not typical for the usual Martini, so do not overdo it with additives!
