Spaghetti Recipe with Broccoli

  • Broccoli - 220 Grams

1. Peel the broccoli and cut into small cubes. 2. Put the broccoli into the water, then cook the spaghetti, cook for a few minutes (it's better to do this for a couple!). We need to make broccoli soft. 3. Cook the spaghetti al dente. Pour out a cup of water, in which the paste was cooked, and set it aside. We pour the remaining water, we will use the pan for frying. Finely chop the onions. 4. Put oil on the bottom of the pot and pour in the olive oil. Heat to medium temperature and fry onion for 5-7 minutes. Then add the garlic and fry another couple of minutes. Add the broccoli, salt and pepper, stir and fry for a few more minutes. 5. Add the cream, stirring, pour for 30 seconds. Then put everything in a blender and whisk. 4. Prepare the sauce and pasta back in the pan, add a cup of previously left water, mix everything and cook for a couple of minutes, stirring, at medium temperature. Grate Parmesan on a grater. 5. Pour the pasta with broccoli into a plate, sprinkle abundantly with Parmesan cheese. The dish is ready! Pleasant!
