Recipe Almond Crackers with Honey Sauce

  • Almond flour - 1 1/4 Cups
  • Poppy - 1 st. a spoon
  • Olive oil - 1 st. a spoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • For sauce: cottage cheese - 3/4 Glass (low-fat)
  • Honey - 1/4 cup

Prepare crackers. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Mix flour, poppy seeds, butter, salt and lightly beaten egg whites. Put the dough on a baking sheet. Roll the dough into a rectangle 20X30 cm. Using a knife, cut a rectangle into 12 crackers 5X10 cm. Put the crackers in the oven and bake until golden brown, from 12 to 14 minutes. Allow to cool. Prepare the sauce. Beat: cottage cheese in a food processor before obtaining a homogeneous mass. Spread 1 tablespoon on each cracker, pour each 1 teaspoon of honey and serve.
