  • Black chocolate - 50 Grams

Instructions

1. In a food processor, grind the hazelnuts and mix with flour. Add the butter and stir until the dough is similar to bread crumbs. Add sugar and eggs. 2. We will wash and peel two pears from the peel, remove the core, and cut into small pieces. The form is lubricated with oil, we cover the parchment, we shift the dough there. 3. Peel the remaining pears from the peel, remove the core, cut the finely chopped pieces over the dough, pressing it slightly inwards. 4. Oven heat up to 160 degrees, put the shape there and for one hour (the dough should become elastic). After, take the form out of the oven, and let it cool down for about 10 minutes. 5. We pull out the cake from the mold and transfer it to the grate, cooling it completely. We grease the cake with warmed jam. Can be served to the table.
