Ingredients:
  • Low-fat cottage cheese - 500 Grams
  • Semolina - 2 items. Spoons
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 2,5 st. Spoons
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Apple - 1-2 pieces
  • Raisins - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Vanillin - To taste
  • Sour cream - 2/3 Glass
  • Butter - 20 Grams

Peel apples and cut into small cubes. Mix cottage cheese with apples, raisins, milk, sugar, egg yolks, vanillin and semolina. Beat egg whites and mix with the curd mass. Lubricate the mold for baking with butter. Put the curd mixture in a mold. Cook pudding in a water bath or bake in the oven. Serve the finished pudding with sour cream.
