For clarity, I show you what bread we need. Usually in stores such bread is already sold cut - as we need. Fresh peppers, onions and cucumbers thinly thin. Leaf lettuce just washed and dried. The onion must be marinated. To do this, mix 150 ml of warm water, vinegar, salt and sugar, and dip the onion into this marinade. Leave the pickles for 10-15 minutes. Beef minced salt, pepper and with your hands to make it more homogeneous and sticky. We form minced meatballs (from the specified amount of ingredients will be two cutlets). The cutlet should be large enough in area, but thin (about 1 cm thick). We put the cutlets on a dry frying pan (if the frying pan is good - do not burn, if bad - add a little oil). Fry the cutlets for about 2-3 minutes on each side. When the cutlets are ready, we remove them from the frying pan. Instead of them we put in our frying pan our slices of rye bread. Fry for 1 minute. We form our burgers in the following way. We put the bread, lightly grease it with tomato paste, put the cutlet on it. Grease the cutlet with mustard.
