Today we offer to prepare salad from savoy cabbage with rusks. Savoy cabbage is very similar to the usual white-headed, but has a more loose structure and a greener color, is also very rich in useful substances, so necessary in winter cold. Even in the salad there are cherry tomatoes, which you can safely buy in the winter - they are just as good as in the summer - they are full of flavor and taste. A substantial part of the salad can be called suhariki and sesame seeds. Any vegetable salad with such an ingredient as crackers, become more dense and satisfying, which is important in winter!

Ingredients:
  • Savoy cabbage 0.5 pcs.
  • Pepper sweet 1 pc.
  • Cherry tomatoes 100 g
  • Olives without seeds 50g
  • Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
  • Sesame White 2 tbsp. L.
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp. L.
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp. L.
  • Loaf of 100 g
  • Rosemary dry 0.5 tsp.
  • Butter 10 g
  • Salt 1 pinch
Instructions
  • Step 1 To prepare a salad, take the products: Savoy cabbage, sweet pepper, cherry tomatoes, olives, greens, sesame, 3-4 slices of a loaf for crackers and spices.
  • Step 2 Remove the crust from the loaf and cut it into cubes.
  • Step 3 Melt the butter, add a pinch of salt and rosemary, and then cut the loaf - mix everything well.
  • Step 4 Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and put the croutons on for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Step 5 In the meantime, prepare the vegetables. Cut cabbage with thin straws.
  • Step 6 Sweet peppers are well washed, remove seeds and cut into strips.
  • Step 7 Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Step 8 Combine cabbage, sweet peppers and tomatoes, then add finely chopped greens, a handful of olives, soy sauce and olive oil.
  • Step 9 Mix the salad carefully and gently, serve with sesame seeds and croutons.
