Burger Recipe with lamb, cucumber and sauce

Ingredients:
  • Lamb - 650 Grams
  • Curry powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Onions - 3 pieces
  • Salt and ground pepper - - To taste
  • Olive oil - 1 st. a spoon
  • Feta cheese - 120 Grams
  • Plain yogurt - 2 Art. Spoons
  • White bread - 8 Slices
  • Cucumber - 1 piece (cut along along the ribbon)
Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix lamb, curry powder and2 chopped green onions, season with salt and pepper. Gently stir with a fork, form from the mass of 4 cutlets, so they fit on slices of bread. In a large frying pan heat the oil over medium heat. Season the patties with salt and pepper. Fry until brown, 4 to 6 minutes on each side. Reduce the heat if cutlets turn brown too quickly. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix feta cheese, yogurt and the remaining onions, gently mix, season with salt and pepper. Lubricate 4 slices of bread with sauce, put the cucumber, cutlets and cover the top with the remaining slices of bread.
