Recipe for the Desert-Fad "Turtle"
- Pretzels - 20 pieces
- Caramel - 20 pieces (covered with chocolate)
- Pecan - 20 pieces (halves)
1. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius and select the smallest of the baking trays. 2. The pan is covered with oiled paper, put the pretzels on it. 3. For each pretzel put on chocolate caramel, so that it tightly held. 4. Bake the basis of future "turtles" for 4-5 minutes. Once the caramel is melted, the pan with the pretzels should be pulled out of the oven. 5. While caramel is still warm and plastic, press into each pretzel half of the pecan. Serving is necessary when the caramel is completely cooled. 6. You can decorate the "turtles" with colored glaze. You can keep a similar dessert long enough in containers with a lid, but you will not be able to do it - the turtles are really delicious.
