Recipe "Wright" salad

Ingredients:
  • Unsweetened yogurt - 2 Cups
  • Green onions - 2 Pieces
  • Green chili - 1-2 pieces
  • Ginger root - 1 Piece (the size of a thumb)
  • Garlic - 1 Tooth
  • Cucumber - 1 piece
  • Juice of 1 lemon - 1 Piece
  • Salt - - To taste
  • Seeds of cumin - - To taste
  • Pepper - - To taste
Instructions

Peel and cut the cucumber in half. Remove seeds with a spoon. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and grind the cucumber on a coarse grater. Make a puree of ginger and garlic, add to yogurt. Chop chili and green onions. Set aside a little for the decoration and add the rest to the bowl, stir. Add crushed cumin seeds, salt and pepper. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Bon Appetit.
