First you need to pour gelatin coldWater. In a bowl for a blender we mix berries and sour cream, we bring the blender to a homogeneous state. If desired, you can also grate it through a sieve, but this is not necessary. I do not rub it. In a small saucepan mix the cream with sugar, put it on the fire and bring it to a boil. How to boil - remove from heat and add to the pan swollen gelatin. Stir thoroughly, it is necessary that gelatin is dissolved. When the mixture of cream and gelatin has cooled, mix it with our blueberry puree. It is impossible to mix an unheated mixture - sour cream is curtailed. Stir the mixture and pour it over the glasses or in another jelly ware. We put in the fridge, in about 2-3 hours the jelly will freeze and it can be fed to the table.
