Recipe Vegetable pizza on the grill

  • Green onions - 2 pieces
  • Cheese from goat's milk - 150 Grams

  • Spinach - 150 grams
  • Avocado - 1 Piece (peeled and diced)
  • Red wine vinegar - 2 items. Spoons

Heat the grill to medium temperature. Lubricate a large sheet for baking 1 tablespoon of oil. On a lightly floured work surface roll the dough into 2 circles with a diameter of 20 cm. Lay it on the prepared sheet. Lubricate the top with 1 tablespoon oil. Put the dough on the grill. Cook without turning over until the bottom becomes firm, from 2 to 3 minutes. Using tongs and a large spatula, put the dough on the baking sheet with the fried side up. Put tomatoes on the dough, white onion pieces and cheese, season with salt and pepper. Cook on the grill until the cheese begins to melt, 3 to 5 minutes. Put on the cutting board. In a medium bowl, mix spinach, avocado, green onion, vinegar and the remaining tablespoon of oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix. Put the mixture on the pizza and serve.
