Recipe for Heart Pancakes

  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 2 items. Spoons
  • Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Milk - 1 glass
  • Butter - 3 items. Spoon (melted and slightly chilled)

Preheat the frying pan over medium heat and oven until80 degrees. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add the egg, milk and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Mix with whisk. The dough should have small and medium lumps. Lubricate the pan with 1/2 teaspoon oil. Wipe excess paper towel. Fill the pastry bag with the round tip. Squeeze the dough into the center of the frying pan in the shape of a heart. Fry for about 2 minutes until the pancakes are slightly fried at the edges, then turn and fry until golden brown, about 1 minute. Repeat with the rest of the test, using 1/2 teaspoon of oil for each shipment. Put the finished pancakes in a preheated oven to keep them warm.
