German Apple Pie Recipe

  • Flour - 200 Grams
  • Apples - 375 Grams
  • Butter - 175 Grams
  • Sugar - 175 Grams
  • Eggs - 3 pieces

1. Mold the baking dish with parchment paper. Peel the apples, remove the center, cut into pieces. Beat the eggs with a fork for 1 minute. Melt 25g of butter in a frying pan over a small fire. Add 25 g of sugar and stir until the sugar completely dissolves. Add the apples and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they become soft. Remove the frying pan from the fire and allow the apples to cool. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. 2. Do the sprinkling. First, melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Mix the remaining ingredients for sprinkling (brown sugar, cinnamon, flour and almonds). 3. Mix well the remaining 150g of oil with the remaining 150g of sugar. Gradually add whipped eggs, stirring well. 4. Spoon about 2/3 of the pie mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle 1/3 of the top on top. Add the remaining mixture for the pie, lay the apples and the leftovers on top. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until cooked. Willingness to check with a toothpick.
