The main secret is that yolks and sugar are whipped in a water bath, but the quality of the products used to make desserts also plays a big role - the Mascarpone cheese (and exactly Mascarpone!) And the chicken eggs should be fresh, the coffee is freshly ground (not mashed ), Savoyardi cookies are also not recommended to replace with other cookies (unfortunately, with a biscuit homemade cookies Tiramisu is not the same!). Be sure to try Tiramis, who has not tried it yet, you will fall in love with him at first sight, with the first bite!
