Chicken fillet in a piquant vegetable sauce - it is that delicious, original and perfect taste of the dish, which can be cooked and on the go, after work, without much culinary inspiration. Cooking! Chicken fillet recipe in a spicy vegetable sauce: 1. Chicken breast is separated from the bone and cut in half. Each piece of rubbed with salt and pepper. Then, each piece of chicken thoroughly roll in flour. 2. In a frying pan, melt the butter, put the pieces of chicken. 3. Cook until ready - 7-10 minutes on both sides over medium heat.
