  • Chicken Thigh - 2 Pieces

To prepare the dish you need two legs. They will need to be thoroughly rinsed under running water and cut into smaller pieces. In a cup, pour 5-6 teaspoons of olive oil (or another). Then add three tablespoons of mustard, two tablespoons of honey. Mix everything. Stir well, adding two spoons of vinegar. Then add two spoons of cinnamon, add salt, pepper and mix well. Then we put the pieces of chicken into a marinade and thoroughly cover it in marinade. We add a couple of laurel sheets and send it to the refrigerator. It is desirable for the whole night!
