Recipe for Salmon under orange sauce
- Salmon steak - 2 pieces (another red fish - salmon, pink salmon, trout)
- Orange - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Mustard - 1 st. a spoon
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
Ingredients. Squeeze juice from one orange. In the same container squeeze the juice of half a lemon. In the juice we add mustard. Mix to homogeneity. We rub the fish with salt and pepper, pour the prepared marinade and leave for 10-15 minutes, so that it is soaked with fruit juices. We are covering the foil with foil. The remaining orange and half of the lemon is cut into thin slices and laid on a baking tray. When the fish is marinated, we spread it on citrus slices, we pour the remaining marinade on top. We set the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees (until ready, the exact time depends on your oven).
