The goose's recipe is slices in the oven: 1. Goose thoroughly washed, cleaned from excess internal fat, cut into portions. We rub with salt, pepper and finely chopped garlic. 2. Clean the onions, peppers. We cut onion and zucchini with half-rings about 1 cm thick. Pepper and tomatoes are cut into slices. 3. We rub cheese on a large grater and mix it with sour cream. 4.
