Recipe Indian Grilled Chicken
- Chicken legs - 6+ pieces
- Yogurt without additives - 1 Piece
- Milk - 1 piece
- Spices garam masala - 1 piece
- Kosher salt - 1 piece (to taste)
- Black pepper - 1 piece (to taste)
In a bowl, pour 4 cups of 2% milk. Add the yogurt. Mix. Add a couple spoonfuls of spices to garam masala. Salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Drown the chicken legs in the marinade. Put it in the refrigerator for the night. Grill until ready.
