We prepare marinade. To do this, in a comfortable deep dish, we mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped garlic, cumin, rosemary, pepper and salt. We lay pork ribs in the marinade. At your discretion, but I still advise you to divide the ribs into separate bones. Just like in the photo. Ribs are properly "bathed", we do it by hand and in good faith. We put the ribs in a bag for baking, the remaining marinade is drained there and leave to marinate for at least a couple of hours. After the ribs are marinated, we take a baking sheet and put them tightly. In the gap between the ribs, push salted and peppered potatoes. The loaded baking sheet is sent to preheated to 180 degrees oven for about 40-50 minutes. Done. Bon Appetit!
