Recipe Crab sticks in batter

  • Crab sticks - 250 Grams
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Flour - 4 Art. Spoons
  • Beer light - 50 milliliters
  • Lemon - 1/2 Pieces
  • Salt, pepper - - To taste
  • Vegetable oil - 20 milliliters

Here are the ingredients from which the appetizer is prepared. Crab sticks put in a bowl, salt, pepper, sprinkle with juice of half a lemon and leave for 15 minutes. Whisk the egg to the consistency of the foam. We add beer. We pour in the flour. Mix it to homogeneity - this will be our batter. Crab sticks dipped in the resulting batter and fry in preheated vegetable oil. Fry it from two sides to goldenish batter (I have slightly burned on the photo - be careful not to repeat my mistake). Serve crab sticks - a place for your imagination. You can serve them both hot and cold, and with sauce, and without. Bon Appetit!
