Ingredients:

  • Butter 80 g
  • Sour cream 2 tbsp. L.
  • Sugar 1 tbsp.
  • Vanillin 1 tsp.
  • Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
  • Baking powder 1 tsp.
  • Boiled condensed milk 1 jar
  • Walnut 70 g
  • Beets 1 pc.
  • Brown sugar 70 g
  • Carrot 2 pcs.
Instructions
  • Step 1 For the preparation of a short dough prepare the following products: flour (sift), butter at room temperature, eggs, sugar and sour cream.

  • Step 4 Mix with a mixer to get a soft base for the dough.
  • Step 5 Add the remaining flour and knead the soft dough.
  • Step 6 Divide the dough into 24 balls. Form hemispheres.
  • Step 7 Put on a sheet of parchment and bake at 190 ° C for 15 minutes.
  • Step 8 Finished halves of future "peaches" to cool on the grate.

  • Step 10 For cream, boil a jar of condensed milk for 2 hours in a pot of water, but you can buy a ready-made boiled condensed milk. I prefer cooking myself.
