Fish with peach sauce


1. Prepare the sauce. Peaches to wash, to pass with boiling water, then to dip into icy water. Peel and cut into slices. Onion peel and grind. Put peaches, onions, ginger and honey in the saucepan. Pour in the wine. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes, without covering with a lid, until a soft, homogeneous mass is obtained.

2. Cut the fish into slices. In a frying pan heat the oil, put the fish, salt, pepper and fry on both sides, for 6-8 minutes, until a crispy brown.

Serve hot with peach sauce. You can sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
