  • Shrimps - 100 g
  • Squid - 100 g
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Tomato paste - 3 tbsp. L.
  • Lemon - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 1 tooth
  • Salt, spices - to taste
  • Bay leaf
  • Parsley for decoration

Cooking procedure

  1. Clean the squid and shrimp and boil them. If you are preparing this salad for the first time, it's better not to risk it, to boil them separately. The main focus should be on squid. It often happens that the housewives refuse to cook dishes from them, because the squid turns out to be rubber. The fact is that they need to be properly cooked: literally for a few seconds put in boiling water. Shrimp can be cooked a little longer, but not more than two minutes.
  2. We soften the oil in a frying pan. There also add finely chopped garlic. When the mixture is boiled, pour into it sour cream and tomato paste. It is necessary that the sauce is boiled and only after that it can be removed from the fire.
  3. We cut the squid rings. If shrimps are small, they can not be divided. We spread the products on the lettuce leaves and pour the sauce over them. If desired, decorate with parsley.

Seafood salad "Spring"

Cooking procedure

  1. The mixture is thawed and slightly boiled in salted water (literally two minutes).
  2. Onions should be chopped and boiled water. Immediately after this, lower it into cold water. So from it all the bitterness and sharp taste of onions will not spoil the overall impression of the salad.
  3. We rub cheese and eggs on a small grater.
  4. We spread the salad on a plate with layers: cheese, onion, seafood. Each layer is abundantly lubricated with mayonnaise.
