    Necessary ingredients:

    • Sauerkraut - 500 g
    • Pork - 400 g
    • Onion - 2 pieces
    • Sunflower oil - 4 tbsp. L.
    • Chicken broth - 1 tbsp.

    Cooking method:

    1. Pork wash, cut into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil in the cauldron;
    2. Cut the onions into small cubes;
    3. Sauerkraut thoroughly rinse under running water and squeeze;
    4. In the cauldron with meat we add cabbage, chopped onions, spices and pour chicken broth. Instead, you can take a vegetable;
    5. Then cover the cauldron with foil and send it to the oven to languish for 1 hour.

    This recipe is perfect for those who follow their shape. The calorie content of this stewed cabbage with meat is only 160 kcal. It turns out very tasty, satisfying and useful dish.

    Necessary ingredients:

    • Cabbage - 1 kg
    • Chicken breast - 2 pcs
    • Onion - 2 pieces
    • Carrots - 1 pc
    • Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. L.
    • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. L.
    • Water - 1 tbsp.
    • Salt and spices - to taste
    • Fresh greens.

    Cooking method:

    1. Chicken breasts to rinse, cut into small pieces and lightly fry;
    2. Onion cut into half rings, carrots grate on a large grater;
    3. Put the roasted chicken, carrots onions, add 1 glass of water and put out 10 minutes;
    4. Chop cabbage and add to the cauldron. We extinguish it for 10 minutes on low heat;
    5. Then add tomato, salt, spices and finely chopped greens. We extinguish 5 more minutes.
