Recipe for Plum Jam

  • Wheat flour - 300 Grams
  • Dry yeast Dr.Oetker - 7 Grams
  • Oil or margarine - 50 Grams
  • Vanilla Sugar Dr.Oetker - 8 Grams
  • Sol - 1 Pinch
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Milk - 225 Milliliters
  • Plum Jam - 100 Grams
  • Whipped cream Dr.Oetker - 100 Grams
  • Oil - 30 Grams

Yeast dough: Mix flour thoroughly with yeast. Add the other ingredients for the dough (125 ml of milk, butter or margarine, vanilla sugar, egg and salt) and mix with a mixer at minimum speed, then at the highest speed for about 5 minutes, prepare a smooth smooth dough. Dough cover and leave in a warm place until it noticeably increases. Lightly sprinkle the dough with flour, form rollers and cut into 8 identical pieces.
